Scrape cytology of nipple ulceration in a male breast: A rare entity with many differential diagnoses
Abstract
A 53 years old male patient was referred to the Fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) clinic with an ulcer on his right breast for 1 year. On clinical examination, the right nipple areola complex (NAC) showed circumferential excoriation (Figure IA) with blood-stained discharge. No underlying lump was clinically palpable below the excoriated NAC. This article is protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
