Abstract
Syphilis, the great mimicker , is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the spirocheteTreponema pallidum (Tp)1 . The secondary stage commonly begins with various mucocutaneous features which may include syphilitic alopecia (SA), with variable frequency2 .
