Skin‐colored lateral forehead nodule
Abstract
A 16yearold boy with no significant past medical history presented with a 2month history of a 1.5 cm firm, mobile, skincolored nodule with slight yellow hue of his right forehead (Figure 1). No prior trauma could be recalled; however, his mother noted that he and his siblings play “rough,” and thus, the possibility of accidental trauma was high. The lesion was asymptomatic but of cosmetic concern; thus, an ultrasound was performed prior to planned surgical excision (Figure 2).
