Pruritic annular concentric plaques
Abstract
A previously healthy 32 year old man presented with a three month history of multiple well defined annular concentric plaques with slightly raised scaly borders on his scalp, forehead, right chest, back, left forearm, right groin, and thighs, with mild pruritis (fig 1). He had no associated fever, malaise, headache, or arthralgia. He reported having unprotected sexual intercourse with several female partners over the last year.
