Abstract

A 27-year-old woman initially presented in January 2005 to an outside clinician with a history of a hyperpigmented exophitic tumor located on the right major labia 5 mm from the clitoris. This lesion was biopsied and reported by the outside institution as a vulvar melanoma with no further details.
