Abstract


An 11-year-old boy diagnosed as acute postinfectious glomerulonephritis presented with cluster seizures with features of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome by MRI of brain. His blood pressure was 190/110\u2009mm Hg with Glasgow Coma Scale of 7/15 (E2M4V1) with no meningeal signs.
