Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Personnel Training under the Background of Hainan FTZ (FTP) Construction—-Taking the Tourism Management Specialty as an Example

The establishment of Free Trade Zone (Port) in Hainan province has made its tourism industry enter a new development cycle. The booming development of tourism thus puts forward new requirements for the personnel training of tourism management specialty. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current training of tourism management professionals, this article explores countermeasures for personnel training of tourism management professionals under the background of Hainan FTZ (FTP) Construction such as: guided by market demand, clarify the training aim of tourism management professionals; led by the “professional plus foreign languages” trend, improve the cross-cultural communication ability of tourism management professionals; with the direction of tourism informatization, enhance the Internet manipulating ability of tourism management professionals; grasp the opportunity of educational internationalization, broaden the training channels for tourism management professionals; integrate ideological and political education into the training of tourism management talents, comprehensively improve the quality of tourism management professionals.
