Assessing the Quality of Wikipedia Articles

Abstract

Wikipedia is a very important information reference source for the Internet users. Due to the fact that the content of Wikipedia is the collaborative result from a massive number of participants all over the world, the quality of Wikipedia might be questionable. Over the last decade, many research works are dedicated to solve the issue of Wikipedia quality. In this paper, we present our latest research in determining the quality of Wikipedia articles. The evaluation on the real-world dataset shows that our method outperforms other baseline methods proposed recently.
