Research on the construction of a comprehensive information platform for publishing enterprises with efficient resource reuse

Abstract

At present, most publishing enterprises lack the experience of overall information platform planning and construction, and the phenomenon of insufficient development and utilization of information resources coexists with disorderly abuse. Each department in an enterprise often goes its own way and runs its own information management software independently. The systems are not related to each other or can only carry out limited information linkage. Although this kind of information solution can basically solve the management and office problems of each department, the divide and conquer informatization construction mode will obviously cause the data incompatibility between the systems. In order to realize the information exchange and resource sharing, the formation of information island causes obstacles, which leads to the frequent occurrence of data inconsistency. At the same time, the redundancy of information resources in this way is too large, and there may be the same or similar information resources in different systems, especially some basic information resources. However, due to the different data structures of such information in each system, it is impossible to realize the effective reuse of these information. Therefore, in view of the current transaction characteristics of publishing enterprises in the Internet plus era, this paper expounds the integrated information platform for research and development, integrates all kinds of resources of publishing enterprises, achieves efficient reuse of information resources, and constructs a highly informationalized, automatic and efficient publishing enterprise integrated system. It mainly solves four core problems: building an integrated comprehensive information management system; efficiently integrating information resources of publishing enterprises; improving the planning and layout of comprehensive information platform of publishing enterprises; and strengthening the operation and management of comprehensive information platform. At the same time, we pay close attention to the design of expansibility, generality and humanization to make it have good popularization.
