Research on Aerospace Product Quality Data Governance for Resource Integration

 
 

Abstract


Multi-source and decentralized management of aerospace product quality data has seriously affected the management capabilities and application effect. It is vital significance to realize efficient integration of multi-source quality data by carrying out quality data governance measures and standardizing the collection of quality data. Firstly, integration process of quality data is analyzed based on the characteristics of aerospace product management. Secondly, we discuss the roles and relationships of related parties and propose a quality data governance model, clarifying the content scope of quality data governance. Thirdly, the technical measures of quality data governance are proposed from governance requirements, data specification, data inspection, data cleaning, sharing and integration. Finally, we take the fault data as a typical case. The result shows that the implementation of fault data governance has achieved good integration results and verified the feasibility of governance models and governance measures.
