Evaluation of Product Reviews Based on Text Sentiment Analysis
Abstract
The prosperity of the Internet era has promoted the rise of e-commerce industry and online evaluation, one of the typical examples is Amazon s product review system. The study of the sentiment orientation analysis and mining of customer reviews become important for the product reputation and recommending. In this paper, we design the algorithm to disscuss the relationship between reviews’ information and the reputation changes of the products. And we analyze the sentimental tendency in the reviews and specific emotional words in the text. Experiments shows that our methods process all three products’ reviews well and get correct results respectively.
