The Value of Ultrasonic Elastographic Parameters in the Evaluation of Chronic Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis

 
 
 

Abstract


Chronic hepatitis B is one of the common chronic infectious diseases in China, which seriously endangers people’s health. Liver fibrosis is a common pathological process of chronic hepatitis B. The routine diagnosis and prediction of the degree of liver fibrosis are of great value\n and significance to the judgment of liver disease, clinical treatment, and the corresponding late evaluation. However, the traditional detection and treatment methods are often invasive, and the corresponding diagnosis and treatment costs are very high, which makes it difficult for the corresponding\n patients in clinical and practical applications to accept, and the corresponding liver tissue samples are relatively limited in technology. In this paper, based on ultrasound elastography technology, it will give full play to its advantages of real-time, non-invasive, and repeatable detection,\n and realize an effective method for non-invasive diagnosis of liver fibrosis. In the practical application, this paper mainly focuses on the study and analysis of the patients with hepatitis B liver fibrosis using the RTE ultrasonic elastic imaging technology. Following this, 120 patients\n with chronic hepatitis B were selected for the experiment, and a non-invasive diagnostic model of ultrasonic elastic imaging based on a support vector machine was proposed. The experimental results showed that the diagnostic model proposed in this paper improves the diagnostic accuracy by\n 5% compared with the traditional diagnostic technology, while the corresponding specificity, positive predictive value, and diagnostic advantage are improved. Therefore, as a whole, the ultrasound elastic imaging model proposed in this paper could realize the efficient diagnosis of hepatitis\n B liver fibrosis and is conducive to the clinical management.
