Abstract

We report what we believe to be the first electrically reconfigurable metasurface based on chalcogenide phase change materials. Multi-cycle reversible switching was realized using on-chip micro-heaters. Quasi-continuous resonance tuning over half an octave were demonstrated. ©2019 The Author(s)
