Halide Perovskite Metamaterial Directional Emitter

Abstract

We propose an integrated perovskite metamaterial that enables wavefront control of the light emitted from halide perovskites. Through the incorporation of dielectric metasurface and Bragg cavity, we experimentally show directional emission from CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) perovskites.
