Caracterización del nivel tecnológico, edad a la pubertad y primer servicio de hembras Romosinuano en México

espanolEl objetivo del presente trabajo fue caracterizar el nivel tecnologico (NT), la edad y peso a la pubertad y primer servicio en vaquillas Romosinuano (RO) en Mexico. Se emplearon 10 unidades de produccion (UP). Las UP resultaron con un 30.0%, 40.0% y 30.0% de NT bajo, medio y alto, respectivamente. La edad (meses) y peso a la pubertad (kg) segun el NT de las UP fue de 22.0 ± 2.0y 305.4 ± 15.3 para NT bajo, 20.2 ± 1.0 y 326.3 ± 10.0 para NT medio y 18.0 ± 1.6 y 340.2 ± 17.5para NT alto, respectivamente. La edad (meses) y peso al primer servicio (kg) segun el NT de las UP fue de 25.0 ± 2.0 y 336.0 ± 15.3 para NT bajo, 23.6 ± 2.0 y 359.5 ± 12.6 para NT medio y 20.5 ± 1.5 y 366.0 ± 10.1 para NT alto, respectivamente. La edad y peso a la pubertad y primer servicio varia segun el nivel tecnologico de la UP. EnglishThe aim of this study was to characterize the technological level (TL), age and weight at puberty and first service in Romosinuano (RO) heifers in Mexico. Ten production units (PU) were used. The PU have 30.0%, 40.0%, and 30.0% of low, medium, and high TL,respectively. The age and weight at puberty and at first service varies according to the technological level of the PU.
