Upaya Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Datang Tepat Waktu di Sekolah Melalui Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok Pada Siswa SMK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kedisiplinan siswa datang tepat waktu di sekolah sebelum, sesudah dan perbandingannya mendapat layanan bimbingan kelompok pada siswa kelas 13 T2 SMK N 1 Temanggung semester genap tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan dengan penguatan, dilaksanakan di SMK N 1 Temanggung dengan waktu Maret sampai dengan Mei 2014. Subyek penelitian 10 siswa (8 laki-laki dan 2 perempuan). Teknik pengumpul data berupa dokumen dan observasi. Metode analisisa data yang digunakan deskriptif komparatif dengan prosedur 2 siklus:siklus I terdiri dari 3 pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri dari 2 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa datang tepat waktu di sekolah.. Peningkatan yang signifikan dari kondisi awal ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II peningkatannya semakin tinggi. Dari kondisi awal ke siklus I meningkat \xa0dari 20 % siswa yang disiplin datang tepat waktu di sekolah menjadi 40 %, sedangkan dari siklus I pertemuan ke 2 ke pertemuan ke 3 meningkat menjadi 80%. Dari siklus I ke siklus II \xa0terjadi peningkatan menjadi 100% siswa yang disiplin datang tepat waktu di sekolah. Apabila dilihat dari kondisi awal ke siklus II peningkatan sangat tinggi yaitu dari 20 % siswa yang\xa0 disiplin datang tepat waktu di sekolah menjadi 100 % yaitu terjadi peningkatan sebesar 80 %. Dari uraian di atas diimplikasikan agar meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa datang tepat waktu di sekolah dapat melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Kedisiplinan tercipta pada jam pertama pelajaran tidak tergangu konsentrasinya kegiatan belajar mengajar., dengan demikian guru mata pelajaran dapat memantau siswa yang tidak tepat waktu di sekolah. Adanya peningkatan tersebut guru BK dapat menerapkan layanan bimbingan kelompok kepada kelas dan siswa yang lain. Sekolah lembaga pendidikan dapat menginformasikan kepada semua warga sekolah mendukung program kedisiplinan, terutama siswa datang tepat waktu di sekolah sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat berjalan secara optimal. This study aims to determine the level of discipline of students coming on time at school before, after and the comparison gets group guidance services in 13th grade students of T2 SMK N 1 Temanggung even semester 2013/2014 academic year. This research is an action research with reinforcement, carried out at SMK N 1 Temanggung from March to May 2014. The research subjects were 10 students (8 boys and 2 girls). Data collection techniques in the form of documents and observations. The data analysis method used is comparative descriptive with 2 cycle procedures: cycle I consists of 3 meetings and cycle II consists of 2 meetings. The results showed that group guidance services can improve student discipline coming on time at school. Significant improvement from initial conditions to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II the increase is higher. From the initial conditions to the first cycle increased from 20% of disciplined students who arrived on time to school to 40%, while from the first cycle of the second meeting to the third meeting increased to 80%. From cycle I to cycle II an increase to 100% of disciplined students arrived on time at school. When viewed from the initial conditions to the second cycle the increase is very high, from 20% of disciplined students who arrive on time to school to 100%, an increase of 80%. From the description above, it is implied that to improve the discipline of students arriving on time at school through group guidance services. Discipline created at the first hour of the lesson does not interfere with the concentration of teaching and learning activities, so the subject teacher can monitor students who are not on time at school. There is an increase in the BK teacher can apply group guidance services to the class and other students. Schools of educational institutions can inform all citizens of the school supporting the disciplinary program, especially students arrive on time at school so that the teaching and learning process can run optimally.
