The globalization of markets, modern technology and corporate culture has created the need to assess the value of human capital and the efficient use of intellectual capital to create competitive advantage. Over time, intellectual resources have become an increasingly significant part of the total assets of companies. In the knowledge economy, human capital is a key factor in creating value and maintaining a competitive position, and in today’s business environment, the need to measure the performance of intellectual capital has been created to determine its contribution.
