LA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL ESTADO POSREVOLUCIONARIO EN MÉXICO. UNA APROXIMACIÓN DESDE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN PÚBLICA.

espanolEn este articulo se examinan los cambios en la estructura de la administracion publica posrevolucionaria. Especial interes se pone en la figura de los departamentos, dependencias poco estudiadas en la historiografia, pero que fueron parte de la nueva configuracion administrativa, cumpliendo funciones relevantes en la nueva politica publica posrevolucionaria. Si bien durante los primeros anos despues de la Revolucion para el Estado fue prioritario atender los problemas financieros y las demandas del ejercito, en las etapas siguientes las politicas publicas ampliaron y diversificaron sus funciones dirigidas hacia la poblacion para tratar de resolver las demandas sociales y ampliar su influencia en la economia con la finalidad de fortalecer su hegemonia. Asi, la administracion publica resulta un mirador privilegiado para comprender la construccion del Estado posrevolucionario. EnglishThis article examines the changes in the structure of the post-revolutionary public administration. Special interest is placed in the figure of the departments, dependencies not sufficiently studied in historiography, but which were part of the new administrative configuration, fulfilling relevant functions in the new post-revolutionary public policies. Although for the State it was a priority to address the financial problems and demands of the army during the first years after the Revolution, in the following stages public policies amplified and diversified their functions directed towards the population, trying to meet social demands and increase their influence in the economy in order to strengthen its hegemony. Thus, the public administration is a privileged vantage point to understand the construction of the post-revolutionary State.
