Tempo da Constituição e Ponte para o Futuro: uma análise a partir da teoria crítica da aceleração social

Abstract

Resumo O problema que orienta essa investigacao pode ser formulado da seguinte maneira: em que medida a crise constitucional, evidenciada nas reformas recentes contra o nucleo inclusivo da Constituicao brasileira que compoem o programa “Uma Ponte para o Futuro”, seria tambem uma crise temporal? A partir de um estudo teorico-conceitual embasado em pesquisa bibliografica e analise documental, a hipotese defendida aqui e a de que o pano de fundo dessa crise esta relacionado com um discurso que instrumentaliza o “tempo historico” e o “futuro” em si para gerar adesao social a partir da defesa aberta da aceleracao, a defesa de um futuro que deve chegar mais rapido. Tal categoria e analisada a partir de uma leitura especifica que esse artigo propoe da obra de Hartmut Rosa, no quadro de uma critica a aceleracao que submete os comprometimentos publicos de longa duracao da Constituicao a tutela da acumulacao da riqueza privada e a velocidade do tempo do mercado e da competitividade. Abstract The problem that guides the investigation can be formulated as follows: to what extent is the constitutional crisis, evidenced in the recent reforms against the inclusive nucleus of the Brazilian Constitution that make up the program “A Bridge to the Future”, would be also a temporal crisis? Based on a theoretical-conceptual study based on bibliographic research and documentary analysis, the hypothesis defended here is that the background of this crisis is related to a discourse that instrumentalizes “historical time” and “future” itself for to generate social adhesion from the open defense of acceleration, the defense of a future that must come faster.
