ПОВЫШЕНИЕ НАДЕЖНОСТИ РАБОТЫ И УВЕЛИЧЕНИЕ ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИОННОГО РЕСУРСА ЛОВИЛЬНЫХ ГОЛОВОК ЭЛЕКТРОЦЕНТРОБЕЖНОГО НАСОСА

 
 

Abstract


Recently there is a trend of increase of producing well submersible equipment failures due to corrosion. Today, the issue of downhole equipment wear resistance is very relevant. The durability of electrical submersible pumps (ESP) installations is significantly influenced by the design of its working units, including the correct choice of materials. Due to expansion of the existing stock of wells equipped with ESP units, and an increase in the cost of produced oil in the context of declining revenues, reducing the mechanized fund operating cost is also an important task.\nThe given work is devoted to the issues of ensuring reliability and increasing the service life of ESP fishing heads. The fishing head is designed to mount the pump to the tubing, as well as to lift the ESP from the well during «flights», i.e. breaks of installations with their subsequent fall to the bottom.\nAccording to the data of Samotlorneftegaz JSC for 2017, 40 failures accounted for fishing heads, which is 10 % of all accidents related to tubing. The modeling of the working conditions of the fishing head in the CFS module ANSYS software has been carried out and the areas mostly susceptible to corrosion and erosion wear have been identified. Existing methods are considered, and a possible method is proposed for increasing the reliability of fishing heads and increasing their service life by applying a protective coating made of polycarbamide on the inner surface.\nPolycarbamide is a two-component, highly reactive synthetic polymer, used as a basis for applying an elastomeric protective coating with good insulating, anti-corrosion properties, increased resistance to abrasive loads, the working temperature range of the finished coating is from minus 50 oС to 200 oС.
