Abstract
Incidence of colorectal cancer and mortality rates vary around the world. Globally, colorectal cancer is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in men and the second in women. Surgical treatment of colorectal cancer has changed radically in recent years. The introduction of total mesocolic excision, neoadjuvant therapy protocols, and the laparoscopic approach has made colorectal cancer treatment a multidisciplinary management. Lymph node ABSTRACT
