They face the stress of modern education system and the changing life styles of modern India like fast food and addictions. Results: After two months it was found that in the group with life style modifications has significant changes in their Calcium (Ca), Magnesium (Mg) and Phosphorus (P) values before and after studies whereas there was no significant the changes in the values of Sodium (Na), Potassium (K) and Chloride (Cl) are noted with life style modifications. Conclusions: From the above study it may be concluded that life style modification has certain beneficial effects on the young students to face the stress related with studies in a positive direction by improving electrolytes level particularly Ca, Mg and P.
