TRABALHO E EDUCAÇÃO: algumas considerações sobre as mudanças no mundo do trabalho e a expansão do ensino superior da rede privada de Manaus/AM

Abstract

O texto trata das mudancas no mundo do trabalho a partir das ultimas decadas do seculo XX, a expansao do ensino superior na rede privada da cidade de Manaus e a absorcao da mao de obra no setor produtivo das industrias do Polo Industrial de Manaus (PIM). O ensaio e de carater bibliografico e foi produzido a luz das leituras e debates propiciados pela disciplina Trabalho, Educacao e Novas Tecnologias do programa de Pos-Graduacao da Universidade Federal do Amazonas - PPGE/UFAM. Esta dividido em tres partes: a primeira trata das mudancas no mundo do trabalho; a segunda faz uma incursao sobre o processo de desenvolvimento historico da Escola e o seu papel para a “qualificacao” ao trabalho no trato das relacoes de producao, reproducao e a acumulacao do capital e a terceira tece consideracoes sobre o Estado Neoliberal e seu ideario de “mercado livre”. WORK AND EDUCATION: some considerations about the changes in the world of work and the expansion of Higher\xa0Education of the private network of Manaus / Am Abstract The text deals with the changes in the world of work since the last decades of the twentieth century, the expansion of higher\xa0education in the private network of the city of Manaus and the absorption of manpower in the industrial sector of the Polo\xa0Industrial Manaus (PIM) . The essay is a bibliographical one and was produced in the light of the lectures and debates\xa0offered by the discipline Work, Education and New Technologies of the Postgraduate Program of the Federal University of\xa0Amazonas - PPGE / UFAM. It is divided into three parts: the first deals with changes in the world of work; the second makes\xa0an incursion into the historical process of development of the School and its role for the qualification to the work in the\xa0relations of production, reproduction and the accumulation of capital and the third weaves considerations on the Neoliberal\xa0State and its ideology of free market .
