STUDYING THE INDICATORS OF CELLULAR AND HUMORAL IMMUNITY IN PATIENTS WITH OVARY CANCER AGAINST THE BACKGROUND IMMUNOPHARMACOTHERAPY

Abstract

a study of indicators of cellular and humoral immunity in 132 patients with ovarian cancer II-III stages against the background of accompanying extracorporeal immunopharmacotherapy was conducted. Initially, patients experienced depression of the functions of the immune system due to exposure to chemotherapy and the underlying disease. Under the influence of immunotherapy, a normalization of the immune status of patients is observed, with better results obtained using immunotherapy in combination with low volume plasmapheresis. It was found that thymal preparation thymalin in the composition of immunotherapy has a greater beneficial effect on the cellular immunity system of patients, and polyoxidonium on the humoral immunity system.
