Analisis Pengelolaan Kelas Selama Pembelajaran Daring pada Guru Kelas di SD Negeri Karangasem No. 3 Surakarta Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021

 
 
 

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan kelas selama pembelajaran dari pada guru kelas di SD Negeri Karangasem No. 3 Surakarta serta mendeskripsikan hambatan yang dialami guru kelas dan upaya dalam mengatasinya. Saat ini, pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara daring dikarenakan adanya pandemi COVID-19. Hal tersebut menjadi tantangan dan juga masalah tersendiri bagi guru kelas dalam mengatur dan mengelola kelas agar pembelajaran secara daring dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif etnografi dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari enam guru kelas. Subjek penelitian diambil dengan cara purposive sampling . Objek penelitian ini berupa pengelolaan kelas pada guru kelas, hambatan yang dialami guru kelas, serta upaya mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data menggunakan triangulasi metode dengan pengecekan derajat kepercayaan menggunakan beberapa teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data dengan tahapan reduksi, paparan data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelolaan kelas selama pembelajaran daring pada guru kelas hampir semuanya belum terlaksana dengan maksimal, namun guru kelas IV dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran secara maksimal dan efisien. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh guru kelas hampir semuanya belum melaksanakan pembelajaran secara variatif, tidak ada pemberian materi, penugasan cenderung luring , dll. Selain itu adanya penguasaan teknologi yang kurang pada guru kelas maupun wali murid, terbatasnya sarana belajar peserta didik, dll. juga menjadi pengaruh sekaligus hambatan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring. Sehingga kebanyakan guru kelas hanya dapat menyederhanakan pembelajaran sesuai kondisi peserta didik maupun guru kelas. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the classroom management during online learning at SD Negeri Karangasem No. 3 Surakarta, also to describe the obstacles the teachers have experienced and the efforts to overcome them. Learning, is currently being held online due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a challenge and also a problem for the teachers in organizing and managing the classes so that online learning can run effectively. This study used a qualitative ethnographic method with the research subjects consisting of six teachers. The research subjects were taken with purposive sampling. The object of this research was in the form of classroom management for classroom teachers, obstacles experienced by teachers and their efforts to overcome these obstacles. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data validity test was using the triangulation method by checking the amount of confidence using several data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques was done with stages of reduction, data exposure, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that almost all the classroom management during online learning in class teachers had not been implemented optimally, but grade 4th teachers could carry out learning optimally and efficiently. This is due to the fact that almost all the class teachers have not carried out varied learning, no material is provided, assignments tend to be offline, etc. In addition, there is a lack of mastery of technology in class teachers and student guardians, limited learning facilities for students, etc. is also an influence as well as an obstacle in the implementation of online learning. So that most classroom teachers can only simplify learning according to the conditions of students and class teachers.
