Abstract

Тhe article considers\xa0 the stages of the historical development\xa0 of the information system and informing specialists about drugs, reflects the results of the study of the opinion of medical specialists on the current system of information about\xa0 drugs at the present\xa0 stage\xa0 of development,\xa0 presents the main directions of optimization of the information system,\xa0 including: regulation of General information requirements; definition of requirements for the activities of organizations-manufacturers of drugs for the promotion of medicines, including requirements for the activities of medical representatives, the order of their interaction with experts and\xa0 conduct\xa0 scientific activities carried out\xa0 by companies-manufacturers of drugs; the\xa0 formation of the methodology\xa0 for the development\xa0 of information sources about\xa0 medicines, including their structure and content, which will include all the information necessary for objective and rational choice, etc. The regulation of the\xa0 requirements\xa0 for the\xa0 content\xa0 of drug information in any\xa0 information source,\xa0 to\xa0 the\xa0 activities of manufacturing organizations for the promotion of drugs and other measures, will be aimed at optimizing the information system,\xa0 providing objective and reliable information to specialists, and will contribute to building a rational use of drugs the objectives of the state\xa0 policy in terms of drug provision of the population.
