Spanish Abstract: En una sociedad moderna los servicios, aunque no se ven estan presentes en gran parte de las actividades que se realizan y juegan un papel primordial en el desarrollo economico y el bienestar de los individuos. Son prestaciones que adicionan valor agregado directa o indirectamente a otra persona o a un bien que pertenece a otra persona. A diferencia de los bienes, son intangibles e invisibles, no son almacenables, y para la mayoria de los servicios involucran una accion simultanea entre el proveedor y el consumidor. La propiedad no es transferida durante el proceso de provision del servicio, el productor mantiene la capacidad de proveer el servicio en el punto en el tiempo en el que se demande el servicio. \n \nEnglish Abstract: In a modern society, services are not seen, they are present in much of the activities that are carried out and play a major role in the economic development and well-being of individuals. They are benefits that add value added directly or indirectly to another person or to a good belonging to another person. Unlike goods, they are intangible and invisible, are not storable, and for most services involve simultaneous action between the supplier and the consumer. The property is not transferred during the service provision process, the producer maintains the ability to provide the service at the point in time when the service is demanded.
