Abstract
In this article, I have tried to look into how unpaid internships to three international Courts, namely, the International Court of Justice (ICJ), International Criminal Court (ICC), and International Tribunal for Law of the Sea (ITLOS), forms the part of larger neocolonial global order and has a role in shaping the future of international law. I attempt to answer whether the internship in these International Courts and Tribunals (ICTs) affects the quality of international lawyers coming from Global North and Global South.
