Analysis of Complex Diseases With Different Machine Learning Techniques

Abstract

Analysis of various diseases and the prediction involves a lot of Machine Learning techniques. The following study compares TPOT performs with other machine learning methodslike support vector machine, random forest, decision tree and logistic regression. The TPOT has performed better than others. Three dataset have be utilised to comparison purpose. For each dataset the tpot(automl) has given the accuracy above 80% where as algorithms have given accuracy with a visit of 80%.The results are to use TPOT Algorithm as an alternative to the existing classification machine learning techniques.
