تقويم البرامج التدريبية لمرکز التطوير المهني التعليمي بخميس مشيط في ضوء معايير الرخصة المهنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقويم البرامج التدريبية لمرکز التطوير المهني التعليمي بخميس مشيط في ضوء معايير الرخصة المهنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام (1441ه – 1442ه)، وقد استخدم الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي مکتب التعليم بخميس مشيط والبالغ عددهم (4502) معلما، والبرامج التدريبية التي نفذها مرکز بمرکز التطوير المهني التعليمي بخميس مشيط، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية بسيطة ممثلة للمجتمع المعلمين بلغت (360) معلما، کما طبقت الدراسة على جميع البرامج التدريبية للمرکز، وقد جمعت البيانات بأداتين، هما: الاستبانة، وتحليل المحتوى، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة لوجود احتياجات تدريبية قائمة على معايير الرخصة المهنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين بمکتب التعليم بخميس مشيط بدرجة (متوسطة)، وأسفرت عن تنفيذ مرکز خميس مشيط لـ (22) برنامجا تدريبا قائما على معايير الرخصة المهنية، کما أن المعلمين يحتاجون إلى (10) برامج تدريبية \xa0قائمة على معايير الرخصة المهنية لم ينفذها المرکز، وأوصت الدراسة ببناء مرکز التطوير المهني بخميس مشيط برامجه التدريبية وفق احتياجات المعلمين التدريبية التي تحقق متطلبات الرخصة المهنية، وتنفيذ البرامج التي تتوفر حقائبها التدريبية والتي لم ينفذها مرکز التطوير المهني بخميس مشيط، وتصميم البرامج التدريبية التي تحقق احتياجات المعلمين القائمة على معايير رخصة المعلم المهنية. \nThe current study aimed at evaluating the training programs of the Educational Professional Development Center in Khamis Mushait in light of the professional license criteria from the teachers point of view during the first semester of the year (1441 AH - 1442 AH). In this study the two researchers used the descriptive approach, and the study population consisted of all the teachers of the Office Education in Khamis Mushait, whose number is (4502) teachers, and the training programs implemented by the Center for Professional and Educational Development in Khamis Mushait. The study was applied on a simple random sample representing the community of teachers amounting to (360) teachers. The study also applied to all training programs of the center, and the data were collected with two tools. They are: the questionnaire and the content analysis, and the results of the study concluded that there are training needs based on the standards of the professional license from the teachers point of view at the Khamis Mushait Education Office with a (medium) degree, and resulted in the implementation of the Khamis Mushait Center for (22) training programs based on the standards of the professional license Also, teachers need (10) training programs based on professional license standards that were not implemented by the center, and the study recommended building a professional development center in Khamis Mushait with its training programs according to my needs. Training programs for teachers that meet the requirements of a professional license, implement programs for which training packages are available and which were not implemented by the Professional Development Center in Khamis Mushait, and design training programs that meet the needs of teachers based on the professional teacher license standards.
