مؤشرات تخطیطیة لتطویر أداء نقابة الاجتماعیین لوظائفها

Abstract

الملخص: \nتمثل النقابات المهنية ومن ضمنها نقابة المهن الاجتماعية في محافظة بني سويف جهة الدفاع الأساسية عن أعضاء النقابة، وتقديم بعض الخدمات الرعائية لأعضائها، ولها الدور الرئيسي والفعال في القضايا السياسية والمجتمعية وفق الواقع الفعلي الذي يعيشه أعضاء النقابة، ولذا فقد اهتمت الباحثة بهذه القضية نظرا لملاحظة وجود العديد من المشکلات التي تواجه النقابة بالإضافة لشکوى الأعضاء من إهمال النقابة لهم، وبين وجهتي النظر کان لابد من التفکير في محاولة إيجاد صورة ما لتقريب الاتجاهات، ومحاولة التعامل مع هذه الإشکالية لعودة النقابة لدورها الأساسي وهو الدفاع عن حقوق الأعضاء، والمساهمة في إعلاء شأن المهنة. وقد استهدف البحث الوصول إلى مؤشرات تخطيطية لتطوير أداء نقابة الاجتماعيين لوظائفها کما خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة نتائج من أهمها:\xa0 \n1-\xa0 الموافقة على المؤشرات التخطيطية لزيادة المعارف الاجتماعية بما يساعد على تحسين الخدمات وزيادة الإنتاج بنسبة کبيرة. \n2-\xa0 الموافقة على المؤشرات التخطيطية للإسهام في دراسة المشکلات والظواهر الاجتماعية واقتراح الحلول العلمية لها بنسبة کبيرة. \n3-\xa0 الموافقة على المؤشرات التخطيطية لتعبئة قوى أعضاء النقابة وتنظيم جهودهم للإسهام في خدمة المجتمع وترابطهم ببعضهم البعض بنسبة کبيرة. \n4-\xa0 الموافقة على المؤشرات التخطيطية لزيادة المعارف الاجتماعية بما يساعد على تحسين الخدمات وزيادة الإنتاج بنسبة کبيرة. \n5-\xa0 الموافقة على المؤشرات تخطيطية لتطوير الخدمات المقدمة لأعضاء النقابة بنسبة کبيرة (الاقتصادية، الاجتماعية، الثقافية، الترويحية). \n\xa0 \n\xa0 \n\xa0 \n\xa0 \n\xa0 \n\xa0 \nAbstract: \nProfessional unions, including the Syndicate of Social Professions in the governorate of Beni Suef, represent the main defense for the union’s members, and provide some care services to its members. Many of the problems facing the union, in addition to the members ’complaint about the union’s neglect of them, and between the two points of view it was necessary to think about trying to find a picture to bridge the trends, and try to deal with this problem for the Syndicate to return to its primary role, which is defending the rights of members and contributing to the promotion of the profession.
