Method: The study included 75 infant and young children with malnutrition in a cross section study. We obtain a stool specimens and blood samples from children after consent from the parents, H.pylori antigen in stool, stool analysis and CBC is estimated. Conclusion: Increased the prevalence of H. pylori infectiona among children with PEM.
