A Atuação do Ministério Público frente à Pandemia do Corona Vírus numa Visão Ético Humanista para uma Fraternidade Universal

Abstract

The present study, which primarily used the deductive method based on bibliographic sources, aims to establish a discussion on the performance of the Public Prosecutor, in the face of the Corona Virus pandemic, in this disease that is plaguing the World, based on an ethical / humanist, aiming at a universal fraternity. We will start from an epistemological analysis, about ethics and morality, referring to the teachings of the Greeks and Roman law, entering the framework of our constitutional text, proposed under the vision of the institutional performance of the ministerial entity, and of its accountability in the social sphere , in view of the problems faced worldwide in the case of the New Coronavirus Pandemic, visualized by a universal fraternal approach. Under the doctrinal perspective, we will view the issue of ethics in the face of our social and economic reality, seeking to demonstrate that the factor of ministerial activity cannot be reduced to a merely functional vision, going further, that is, with interference in the economic, social and environmental field and cultural. Anyway, we point to a discussion that can lead to an ethical humanistic view, guided to collimate an axiological approach, in this view of public morality, which must expand in a view of the social responsibility of the public entity, before the whole society, in search of solutions, in the face of the Corona Virus pandemic, in whose commitment a true democratic rule of law is expected, in this view of worldwide fraternity.
