Abstract


The aim of this study is to investigate research literature in the field of organizational socialization in order to provide a comprehensive model of socialization based on the definition of architecture in HRBSC .We used Meta synthesis method and quantitative and qualitative content analysis method for data analysis. The study population includes all topic related articles and thesis published between 1976 -2019 which 107 of them were selected after CASP analysis. Based on the HRBSC architecture model for each of the four main categories, including socialization outcomes , competencies required for socialization agents , socialization practices , and socialization systems conceptual codes were identified in various studies. The process model of socialization architecture will help human resource experts to have an integrated view on the socialization process and determine what results are required in the organizational socialization in order to determine socialization systems, socialization practices and the competencies required for socialization agents. The innovation of this research is achieving a comprehensive model by using the Meta synthesis analysis.
