Pengaruh Kinerja Pengawai Terhadap Efektivitas Organisasi Dikantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Manggarai Barat

 
 

Abstract


The main duties and obligations of the West Manggarai Regency Population and Civil Registry Office are to provide population administration services to the people of West Manggarai Regency. The effectiveness of delivering services to the community is the vision and mission that must be achieved by the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Manggarai Regency, so that to meet these objectives the performance of employees must be continuously improved. This study aims to determine the effect of employee performance on organizational effectiveness in the Office of Population and Civil Registration Office of West Manggarai Regency. The hypothesis in this study is that increasing employee performance increases organizational effectiveness at the Office of the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Manggarai Regency. Data collection is done through a survey using a questionnaire with a total sample of 50 respondents. The collected data is then processed using several quantitative analysis methods, namely product moment correlation, determination test and linear regression. The results of the product moment correlation calculation obtained a coefficient of 0.86. This shows that between the variables X is the performance of employees with variable Y the effectiveness of the organization has a strong correlation. The results of the analysis of determination show that employee performance is able to influence organizational effectiveness by 74%, while the remaining 26% is influenced by other variables. The results of linear regression analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 5.039 + 0.66x. The coefficient of the independent variable is positive. This indicates that employee performance has a positive influence on organizational effectiveness, therefore this hypothesis is acceptable.
