Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the bone mimicking osteomyelitis

Abstract

In this article, we report a 34-year-old man who presented with\nprogressive hip pain and osteolytic bone lesions . Primary workup\nincluded Core needle biopsies manifested as osteomyelitis; however as no\nsign of remission was observed, an open biopsy considered which revealed\nprimary bone lymphoma.
