Biographies

 

Abstract


Tat ana Jancáncarková is a researcher in the Law Branch at NATO CCDCOE, where she works on the application of international law to cyberspace operations (the Cyber Law Toolkit project) and cyber security-related aspects of 5G technologies. She has previously served as legal adviser and head of unit at the National Cyber and Information Security Agency of the Czech Republic, her responsibilities including negotiating EU cyber legislation and cyber defence-related cooperation with NATO and the OSCE. She holds degrees in Law and in Russian and East European Studies from Charles University in Prague and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University.
