ANALISIS KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MEMANFAATKAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 76 PEKANBARU

Della Zulfianti 1 , Zaka Hadikusuma Ramadan 2 Surel : [email protected] , [email protected] ABSTRACT The research objective was to determine how the competence and creativity of teachers in utilizing learning media at SDN 76 Pekanbaru. Descriptive research method, with a qualitative approach, data sources are: the principal and 5 class teachers. The technique of collecting data is interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Miles and Huberman model (reduction, presentation, conclusion ) . Based on the results of the research, the competence of teachers in utilizing the media is quite good, the media used by the teacher is in the form of learning videos from YouTube, the creativity of teachers in utilizing the media is classified as not creative, because only a small proportion of teachers design learning media in the form of power points, because the teachers have less time. to design instructional media. Keywords: C ompetence, C reativity, L earning M edia ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi dan kreativitas guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran di SDN 76 Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data yaitu: kepala sekolah dan 5 guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman (reduksi, penyajian, kesimpulan). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian kompetensi guru dalam memanfaatkan media sudah cukup baik, media yang dimanfaatkan guru berupa video pembelajaran dari youtube , kreativitas guru dalam memanfaatkan media tergolong belum kreatif, karena hanya sebagian kecil guru yang merancang media pembelajaran berupa power point , dikarenakan guru kurang memiliki waktu lebih untuk merancang media pembelajaran.
