Dampak Modal Usaha, Upah, dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap Tingkat Produksi Industri Mebel Di Kabupaten Jeneponto

Abstract

This article examines the effect of business capital, wages and labor on the level of furniture production in Jeneponto Regency for the period 2015-2019. This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach. In this study, there are four variables that will be related to the extent to which the relationship between the variables related to the independent variables affects each other. The variables in question are business capital, wages, labor and production of all business units in Jeneponto Regency. Processing data from the regression equation can be seen with the Ordinary Least Square Method. By using the SPSS software program. The results of this study indicate that business capital and labor have a significant positive effect both partially and simultaneously on the level of furniture production in Jeneponto Regency. The increase of the three variables (business capital, wages and labor) will have a positive impact on efforts to increase mabel production in Jeneponto Regency. Pada penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel yang akan saling dihubungkan sejauh mana hubungan variabel terkait dengan variabel bebas tersebut saling mempengaruhi. Variabel-variabel yang dimaksud yaitu modal usaha, upah, tenaga kerja dan produksi dari semua unit usaha yang ada di wilayah kabupaten jeneponto. Pengolahan data-data dari persamaan regresi dapat diketahui dengan Metode Kuadrat Kecil. Dengan menggunakan program software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap tingkat produksi mebel di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Peningkatan dari ke tiga variabel (modal usaha, upah dan tenaga kerja) akan memeberikan dampak positif terhadap upaya peningkatan produksi mabel di Kabupaten Jeneponto.
