TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP SISTEM KOPERASI PRODUSEN BUANA HARTA PADA PERUSAHAAN KELAPA SAWIT

Abstract

Abstrak Terdapat beberapa Koperasi produsen pada perusahaan kelapa sawit di Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah Sulawesi Barat, yang dimana sistem koperasi tersebut dijadikan sebagai salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat. Koperasi yang didirikan oleh masyarakat yang bekerja sama dengan perusahaan di fungsikan sebagai sarana pencari atau sebagai tempat pengumpul sebelum di bawa atau di kelolah oleh perusahaan. Koperasi yang didirikan oleh masyarakat setempat belum memiliki kejelasan secara khusus mengenai sistem dan cara kerja koperasi dan perusahaan yang memberikan harga serta bagaimana tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap sistem koperasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan ( field research) dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan yuridis normatif dan pendekatan syar’I. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer yaitu wawancara langsung dengan pemilik koperasi, karyawan dan petani. Kedua sumber data sekunder yaitu bersumber dari jurnal, buku, dan referensi lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasrkan hasil kesimpulan bahwa sistem koperasi produsen bunana harta menggunakan akad jual beli. Sistem Koperasi Buana Harta di desa Tabolang Kec. Topoyo kab. Mamuju Tengah adalah sah menurut hukum islam karena terdapat Sikap tolong-menolong dalam jual beli di lakukan oleh Koperasi Buana Harta kepada para petani dengan mempermudah proses pembelian buah kelapa sawit. Ini sesuai dengan makna ayat dalam Qs Al- Maidah ayat 2. Selain itu juga tidak di temukannya praktek riba yang di haramkan oleh Allah. Kata Kunci: Hukum Islam, Perusahaan, Sistem Koperasi. Abstract There are several cooperative producers pthereare palm oil companies in Mamuju Tengah Sulawesi Brat Regency, where the cooperative system is used as an alternative to improve the economy of the local community. Cooperatives established by the community that cooperates with the company is functioned as a means of search or as a place to collect before being brought or managed by the company. Cooperatives established by the local community do not yet have specific clarity on the system and how cooperatives and companies work that provide prices and how the Islam law review of thecooperative system. This research uses a type of field research (field research) using normative juridical approach and syar I approach.\xa0 The source of this research data is the primary data source that is a direct interview with cooperativeowners, employees and farmers. Both secondary data sources are sourced from journals, books, and other references related to this study. Data collection methods are observation, interview and documentation. Based on the conclusion that the cooperative system of bunana producers of assets using a buy and sell agreement.\xa0 Buana Harta Cooperative System in tabolang village Kec. Topoyo kab. Mamuju Tengah is valid according to Islamic law because there is a helpful attitude in buying and selling by Buana Harta Cooperative to farmers by facilitating the process of purchasing oil palm fruit. This corresponds to the meaning of the verse in Qs Al-Maidah verse 2. And weedless practices which Allah has forbidden. Keywords: Islamic Law, Company, Cooperative System.
