Abstract

Marriage\xa0 is\xa0 a\xa0 bond\xa0 between\xa0 two\xa0 human\xa0 beings\xa0 in\xa0 their\xa0 lives\xa0 which\xa0 is\xa0 very important.\xa0 Once\xa0 the\xa0 importance\xa0 of\xa0 marriage,\xa0 it\xa0 is\xa0 not\xa0 surprising\xa0 that\xa0 the\xa0 world s religions regulate marriage, even the customs of society and state institutions do not lag behind regulating the marriage that prevails among the people. \xa0The\xa0 law\xa0 regulates\xa0 marriages,\xa0 one\xa0 of\xa0 which\xa0 is\xa0 the\xa0 minimum\xa0 age\xa0 of\xa0 marriage contained in article 7 paragraph (1) which states that, Marriage is only permitted if the male has reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years and the woman has reached the age of 16 (sixteen) ) year .
