PESQUISA EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO E SUA RELAÇÃO COM O PLANO NACIONAL DE PÓS-GRADUAÇÃO
Abstract
RESUMO Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar a producao academica dos programas de pos-graduacao em Administracao das instituicoes pertencentes a regiao do Grande ABC paulista. A luz do que preconiza o Plano Nacional de Pos-Graduacao (PNPG 2011-2020), buscou-se verificar, diante da autonomia e vocacao que possuem, se as instituicoes contemplaram as recomendacoes feitas pelo PNPG vigente. Para tanto, foram analisadas 2 teses e 41 dissertacoes publicadas no periodo entre 2011 e 2015, pelas seguintes instituicoes: Centro Universitario da FEI (FEI), Universidade Metodista de Sao Paulo (UMESP) e Universidade Municipal de Sao Caetano do Sul (USCS). Por meio de abordagem qualitativa, desenvolveu-se um estudo do tipo pesquisa documental. Os dados foram coletados junto aos repositorios digitais de teses e dissertacoes das instituicoes. Por meio de analise de conteudo tematico-categorial, a averiguacao tratou de dois dentre os cinco eixos presentes no PNPG: terceiro eixo – aperfeicoamento da avaliacao e sua expansao para outros segmentos; e quarto eixo – interdisciplinaridade entre as principais caracteristicas da pos-graduacao (convergencia e compartilhamento). Os resultados indicam que a producao cientifica das instituicoes do Grande ABC corresponde as expectativas do PNPG, no que diz respeito as recomendacoes constantes no terceiro eixo. Quanto as recomendacoes do quarto eixo, os conteudos das teses e dissertacoes produzidas atendem parcialmente as expectativas do Plano, apresentando caracteristicas de interdisciplinaridade. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the scientific production of postgraduate programs of Administration in ABC region. Considering the contents of the National Postgraduate Plan (PNPG 2011-2020), this investigation has tried to verify if the higher education institutions got the recommendations done by the official document. In order to achieve this objective, 2 doctoral thesis and 41 masters dissertations have been analyzed, published from 2011 to 2015. The institutions where the publications were found are: Centro Universitario da FEI (FEI), Universidade Metodista de Sao Paulo (UMESP) e Universidade Municipal de Sao Caetano do Sul (USCS). Assuming a qualitative approach, a “state of knowledge” study was conducted. Data have been gained from digital repository provided by the institutions mentioned above. Data analysis took in consideration two main issues of PNPG: third – evaluation in the Science and Technology System and its relation to industrial scenario; fourth – interdisciplinary as an aspect of postgraduate programs and other research topics (convergence and sharing). Results point that the scientific production take into consideration the aspects of the third issue of PNPG. Regarding to the fourth issue of the same document, there is only a halfway conquered in terms of interdisciplinary characteristics. Keywords: Administration research. Scientific production.
