Abstract


Beberapa perusahaan telah mengurangi upaya perekrutan secara massal dan diskusi secara langsung untuk menanggapi pandemi Covid-19 salah satunya PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui media job posting dan penerapan proses rekrutmen melalui media sosial, meliputi: tahapan-tahapan serta kualifikasi dan kompetensi yang dibutuhkan pada PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur (2) Mengetahui efektivitas metode rekrutmen melalui media sosial dalam upaya mereduksi dampak pandemi Covid-19, dan menjelaskan perbandingan metode E-Recruitment dengan metode rekrutmen offline pada PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. Efektivitas Metode Rekrutmen melalui Media Sosial dengan pengumpulan data pustaka dan observasi menunjukkan hasil bahwa sistem rekrutmen elektornik pada tenaga kerja tepat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi dan meningkatkan manajemen sumber daya manusia di era Covid-19. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya peningkatan pelamar kerja yang kompeten dan PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur dikenal semua kalangan sehingga mampu membuka lapangan pekerjaan lebih dari 150 outlet dalam waktu kurang dari satu tahun. This study aims to: (1) Know the media for posting jobs and the application of the recruitment process through social media, including: the stages and qualifications and competencies required at PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur (2) Knowing the effectiveness of recruitment methods through social media in an effort to reduce impact of the Covid-19 pandemic era, and explains the comparison of the E-Recruitment method with the offline recruitment method at PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur. The effectiveness of the Recruitment Method through Social Media by studying library data and observations shows that the electronic recruitment system for the workforce is right to be used to facilitate and improve human resource management in the Covid-19 Pandemic era. This is supported by an increase in competent job applicants and PT Es Teh Indonesia Makmur is known to all circles so that it is able to open job vacancies for more than 150 outlets in less than one year.
