Analisis Produksi Berdasarkan Kinerja Crushing Plant di PT Nurmuda Cahaya Batujajar Timur Kecamatan Batujajar Kabupaten Bandung Barat Provinsi Jawa Barat

 
 
 

Abstract


Abstract. Mining activities are in the form of activities starting from the blasting process for dispersing to processing at the crushing plant in order to reduce material, namely andesite stone to meet consumer demand as a support for development activities in the need for raw materials. PT Nurmuda Cahaya is a mining company andesite located in East Batujajar District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province with the achievement of a production target of 550 tons/day. The research was conducted on a crushing plant with three processing processes to reduce it, namely primary crushing, secondary crushing and tertiary crushing. Where this study aims to determine the constraints of productivity, work efficiency of the tool, the amount of actual production and losses material in the crushing plant. The research methodology used is by observing the production process starting from the blasting activity which is loaded by the Excavator R220LC-9Sand transported by two Hino Super Ranger FF-173NA trucks which are then transported to the crushing plant. In the reduction activity, three stages are carried out, namely primary crushing using a Jaw Crusher brand Otsuka type FS-4230 single toggle followed by astage secondary crushing using a Cone Crusher brand Otsuka type CEC-1200 which is then carried out in astage sizing using a vibrating screen and followed by a stage. tertiary crushing using Cone Crusher, the Otsuka brandtype CSH-900. The problem that occurs in productivity is that it comes from rock material that is mouth of the attached to the jaw crusher. The work efficiency of the tool in the unit is crushing plant 58.2% for the unit primary crushing and 82.1% for the unit cone crusher. The actual production amount is 468.5 tons/day which comes from the actual feed, which is 472 tons/day. Losses of material that occurred at the Unis Crushing plant was 3.49 tons/day with a percentage of 0.74% which was obtained from the results of the amount of incoming feed.\xa0\xa0 Keywords: Crushing Plant, Work efficiency, Production, Equipment Effectiveness, Looses Materials Abstrak. Kegiatan pertambangan berupa kegiatan yang dimulai dari proses peledakan untuk pemberaian hingga menuju proses pengolahan di crushing plant guna mereduksi material yaitu batu andesit untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen sebagai penunjang kegiatan pembangunan dalam kebutuhan bahan bakunya. PT Nurmuda Cahaya merupakan salah satu perusahaan tambang andesit yang bertempat di Kecamatan Batujajar Timur, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan pencapaian target produksi yaitu 550 ton/hari. Penelitian dilakukan pada crushing plant dengan tiga proses pengolahan dalam mereduksinya yaitu primary crushing, secondary chuser dan tertiary chusing. Dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala produktivitas, efisiensi kerja alat, jumlah produksi aktual serta losses material pada crushing plant. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dengan melakukan pengamatan pada proses produksi mulai dari kegiatan peledakan yang dimuat oleh Excavator R220LC-9S \xa0dan diangkut dua unit Truck Hino Super Ranger FF-173NA yang kemudian dibawa menuju crushing plant. Dalam kegiatan pereduksian dilakukan tiga tahapan yaitu primary crushing menggunakan alat Jaw Crusher merk Otsuka tipe FS-4230 single toggle dilanjutkan dengan tahap secondary crushing menggunakan alat Cone Crusher merk Otsuka tipe CEC-1200 yang kemudian dilakukan tahap sizing menggunakan vibrating screen dan dilanjutkan pada tahap tertiary crushing menggunakan alat Cone Crusher merk Otsuka tipe CSH-900. Masalah yang terjadi pada produktivitas yaitu berasal dari material batuan yang menyangkut di mulut jaw crusher. Efisiensi kerja alat pada unit crushing plant sebesar 57,59% untuk unit primary crushing dan sebesar 82,41% untuk unit cone crusher. Jumlah produksi aktual sebesar 468,5 ton/hari yang berasal dari umpan aktual yaitu 472 ton/hari. Losses material yang terjadi pada unist crushing plant sebesar 3,49 ton/hari dengan persentase 0,74% yang didapatkan dari hasil jumlah umpan yang masuk.
