Identifikasi Green Infrastructure Dalam Mendukung Pengembangan Kawasan Peruntukan Industri di Kecamatan Ajibarang -Wangon

Abstract. The Ajibarang – Wangon Industrial Designated Area (KPI) is one of 7 KPIs spread across Kab. Banyumas with a total area of 318.08 Ha. Based on the results of observations and interviews with SKPD (Bappeda, BPSDA, DLH, Disperindag, and Dinperkim) it is known that the Ajibarang – Wangon KPI is the most complex area that has environmental problems, namely the KPI identified pollutant NO² : 92.66 mg / m Industri in the Industrial Cluster area Mining (Semen Bima) and water discharge in the tajum river from 2017 – 2020 in August are getting smaller with an average discharge of 6.89 m3/second. The purpose of this study is to identify the availability of Green Infrastructure in Industrial Designated Areas that can provide information on the results of the identification of Green Infrastructure needs to support the Ajibarang – Wangon KPI. The method used is descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The results of the study include the identification of the availability of Green Infrastructure, namely the total area (Hubs) of 13.22 Ha and the link (link) of 13.15 Ha. The identification of the need for Green Infrastructure was obtained from the analysis of the need for green open space, namely 386 species of acacia, tamarind and Angsana trees with a planting pattern of 100 m². The results of the analysis of the need for water resources also show that the total raw water demand for all industrial clusters every year is 2,245,515,20 l/year. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the availability of Green Infrastructure in the form of green open space still needs to be further developed to comply with the provisions of the regulation of the minister of industry of the republic of Indonesia number: 35/M-IND/PER/3/2010, namely green open space of at least 10% of the total area. industry and for rivers. the average river discharge is 513,164,435,793.35 l/year. This means that it still fulfills the needs of the Ajibarang – Wangon industrial area. Based on a study conducted from the identification of Green Infrastructure in supporting the development of the Ajibarang – Wangon KPI, it is necessary to have a zoning of protection for water catchment areas by the local government that can be included in the RTRW Kab. Kawasan Peruntukan Industri (KPI) Ajibarang – Wangon merupakan salah satu dari 7 KPI yang tersebar di Kab. Banyumas dengan total luasan 318,08 Ha. Berdasarkan dari hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan SKPD (Bappeda, BPSDA, DLH, Disperindag, dan Dinperkim) diberitahukan bahwa KPI Ajibarang – Wangon merupakan area yang paling komplek mempunyai permasalahan lingkungan yaitu KPI teridentifikasi polutan NO² : 92.66 mg/m³ di area Cluster Industri Pertambangan (Semen Bima) dan Debit air di sungai tajum dari tahun 2017 – 2020 pada bulan Agustus semakin kecil dengan rerata debit\xa0 6.89 m 3 /det. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi ketersediaan Green Infrastructure pada Kawasan Peruntukan Industri dapat memberikan informasi hasil dari identifikasi kebutuhan Green Infrastructure dalam mendukung KPI Ajibarang – Wangon. Metode yag digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian meliputi identifikasi ketersediaan Green Infrasructure yaitu total area ( Hubs) yaitu 13,22 Ha dan jalur (link) yaitu 13,15 Ha. Identifikasi kebutuhan Green Infrastructure diperoleh dari analisis kebutuhan RTH yaitu 386 pohon dengan jenis akasia, asam keranji dan angsana dengan pola tanam 100 m². Hasil analisis kebutuhan sumberdaya air juga menunjukan total kebutuhan air baku dari semua klaster industry tiap tahunnya yaitu 2.245.515,20 l/thn. Dari hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketersediaan Green Infrastructure dalam bentuk RTH masih perlu pengembangan lagi agar sesuai dengan ketetapan peraturan menteri perindustrian republik indonesia nomor: 35/M-IND/PER/3/2010 yaitu RTH minimal 10% dari total Kawasan industry dan untuk sungai tajum debit sungai rerata 513.164.435.793,35 l/thn.artinya masih memenuhi kebutuhan kawasan industry Ajibarang – Wangon. Bedasarkan kajian yang dilakukan dari identifikasi Green Infrastructure dalam mendukung pengembangan KPI Ajibarang – Wangon diperlukan zonasi perlindungan area tangkapan air oleh pemerintah daerah yang dapat dimasukan ke dalam RTRW Kab. Banyumas, dan perlunya revitalisasi dan refungsi Green Infrastrctur . Kata Kunci: Green Infrastructure , Kawasan Peruntukan Industri.
