Estimasi Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir di Kampus Unisba Berdasarkan Karakteristik Bangunan Kampus

Abstract. Every year the number of Unisba students increases. The increasing number of students certainly has an impact on the need for vehicle parking space, vehicle volume and also vehicle accumulation. The increasing number of students and the number of vehicles is inversely proportional to the available parking facilities. Every year, the need for parking space will increase along with the increase in vehicle accumulation and volume. In addition, parking arrangement and management are still not optimal, which has an impact on the availability of parking spaces. This study aims to look at parking characteristics, parking space requirements and evaluation of parking patterns. The approach method used is the mix method. Based on the calculation, the parking index <1 is in the motorbike parking lot in the Ranggagading building with an IP value of 0.53 while for the car park with a parking index <1, it is in the parking lot of the Unisba main campus building, the medical building and the postgraduate building. KRP in each parking building for 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled vehicles needs to be added respectively. Based on the evaluation, the appropriate parking patterns are used, namely the 60 o corner parking pattern and the 90 o parking pattern. Keywords: Parking Characteristics, Parking Needs, Parking Patterns. Abstrak. Setiap tahun jumlah mahasiswa Unisba mengalami pertambahan. Semakin bertambahanya jumlah mahasiswa tentunya berdampak pada kebutuhan ruang parkir kendaraan, volume kendaraan dan juga akumulasi kendaraan. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa dan jumlah kendaraan berbanding terbalik dengan fasilitas parkir yang tersedia. Setiap tahun, kebutuhan ruang parkir akan mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan bertambahnya akumulasi dan volume kendaraan. Selain itu juga, penataan dan pengelolaan parkir masih belum optimal yang berdampak terhadap ketersediaan ruang parkir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat karakteristik parkir, \xa0kebutuhan ruang parkir dan evaluasi pola parkir. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu mix method. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan indeks parkir <1 ada di parkiran motor di gedung ranggagading dengan nilai IP 0,53 sedangkan untuk parkir mobil dengan indeks parkir <1 yaitu ada di parkir gedung kampus utama Unisba, gedung kedokteran dan gedung pascasarjana. KRP di setiap gedung parkir untuk kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 masing-masing perlu penambahan. Berdasarkan evaluasi, pola parkir yang sesuai digunakan yaitu pola parkir sudut 60 o dan pola parkir 90 o . Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Parkir, Kebutuhan Parkir, Pola Parkir
