Hubungan Stress Orang Tua Dengan Persepsi Tentang Motivasi Belajar Anak Kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar Kota Kuningan

Abstract. During the pandemic, students carry out their learning activities at home by carrying out online learning. With this change in activity, children need to be guided by parents, where parents during the pandemic complain, especially parents who have a perception of learning motivation in their children. These perceptions are categorized as positive and negative, positive motivation is a child who has a desire to learn well, while negative motivation is difficult for children to be guided by parents during online learning at home. The perception of parents during this pandemic is that children must be persuaded to study and because their children lack motivation to learn due to school adjustments. This study aims to determine the relationship between stress and parents perceptions of learning motivation in elementary schools. The subjects of this study were the parents of first grade elementary school students. The research method used in this research is a quantitative approach with correlational research type, with the sampling technique using simple random sampling method. The measuring instrument used is a measuring tool for perceptions of learning motivation and a measuring tool for measuring stress. Perceived stress scale-10 (PSS-10). The results of data analysis showed that there was a negative relationship between stress and parents perceptions of learning motivation, with a value of r = -0.707 and a value of p = 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Parental stress, perception, learning motivation Abstrak. Selama pandemi siswa melaksanakan kegiatan belajarnya dirumah dengan melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. Dengan berubahnya kegiatan tersebut anak perlu dibimbing oleh orang tua, dimana orang tua selama pandemi mengeluh terlebih orang tua yang memiliki persepsi terhadap motivasi belajar pada anaknya. Persepsi tersebut dikategorikan positif dan negatif, motivasi yang positif yaitu anak yang memiliki keinginan untuk belajar dengan baik, sedangkan motivasi yang negatif anak sulit untuk dibimbing oleh orang tua selama pembelajaran daring dirumah. Persepsi orangtua selama pandemi ini anak harus dibujuk dalam belajar serta karna anaknya kurang memiliki motivasi belajar akibat penyesuaian sekolah.\xa0Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stress dengan persepsi orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar di Sekolah Dasar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah orangtua siswa sekolah dasar kelas satu. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling.\xa0 Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah alat ukur persepsi terhadap motivasi belajar dan alat ukur stress Perceived stress scale-10 (PSS-10). Hasil analisis data menunjukan terdapat hubungan negatif antara stress dengan persepsi orang tua terhadap motivasi belajar, dengan nilai r=-0.707 dan nilai p = 0.000<0,05.
