Representasi Peran Ayah dalam Film Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini

Abstract

Abstract.\xa0 This research is entitled Representation of the Role of Fathers in the Film Later We Tell About Today (John Fiske s Semiotic Analysis in Later We Tell About Hariini NKCTHI). In life, the role of the family becomes the main foundation in the formation of one s character. This role is supported by the role of both parents in educating children – especially the role of a father. A figure who has values as an example and a leader in this family has leadership and communication between each individual. Therefore, the researcher chose the family film Later We Tell About Today as the main basis of the research. This study aims to see how the representation of the father s role based on John Fiske s Semiotics theory in the level of reality, representation and ideology. The results in this study conclude that at the level of reality, it can be seen in the form of family behavior that gives decisions to biological children, how to talk, how to prohibit and the most dominant communication. At the level of representation in the form of camera codes and dialogue codes which include, Three Shot, Two Shot, Eye Level, and, Close Up and dialogue used by a father to his family who is indeed declared an expert communicator. These are the characteristics of the father as a protector and especially in making decisions based on the communication he uses. Keywords: Father s Role, Semiotics, Film Abstrak.\xa0 Penelitian ini berjudul ‘Representasi\xa0 Peran Ayah Dalam Film ‘Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini’ (Analisis Semiotika John Fiske dalam Film Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hariini NKCTHI).\xa0 Dalam kehidupan peran keluarga menjadi sebuah landasan utama dalam pembentukan karakter dari seseorang. Peran tersebut salah satunya didukung oleh dari peran\xa0 kedua orangtua dalam mendidik anak – anaknya terutama peran pemimpin yaitu seorang Ayah. Sosok yang di nilai sebagai contoh dan pemimpin dalam keluarga ini di nilai perlu memiliki kepemimpinan dan keterbukaan komunikasi antar masing – masing individu. Maka dari itu peneliti memilih film keluarga Nanti Kita Cerita Tentang Hari Ini sebagai landasan utama penelitian. Penelitian ini memiiki tujuan untuk melihat bagaimana representasi peran Ayah berdasarkan teori Semiotika John Fiske dalam level realitas, representasi dan ideologi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pada level realitas terlihat dalam bentuk perilaku pemeran Ayah yang memberikan keputusan kepada anak-anak kandung, cara berbicara, cara melarang dan makna komunikasi keluarga yang memang peranya paling dominan\xa0 Pada level representasi dalam bentuk kode kamera dan kode dialog yang meliputi, Three Shot, Two Shot,\xa0 Eye Level, dan, Close Up dan dialog yang digunakan oleh seorang Ayah kepada keluarganya yang memang dinyatakan sebagai expert communicator Pada level ideologi terlihat adanya Ideologi yang muncul dalam film Nanti Kita Cerita Tenrang Hari Ini terdapat sifat-sifat ayah sebagai seorang protector dan pratiarti terutara dalam pengambulan keputusab berdasarkan komunikasi yang digunakanya.
