Abstract


The realization of talent training objectives in vocational education colleges is inseparable from the support of the construction of double-qualified teachers. Colleges should strengthen the cultivation of double-qualified teachers in the construction of teaching staff, make full efforts in top-level design, broaden training channels, introduce competition mechanism, carry out university-enterprise exchanges, consolidate innovative ideas, and insist on talent introduction.
