PENDEKATAN ERGONOMI MAKRO PADA PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus UD. Ulin Putra)

Abstract

The competitiveness of companies in the manufacturing industry is getting tighter. Many factors influence companies to be able to compete. One of them that has a lot of influence is the conditions of the work environment which will have an impact on employee performance in both large and small scale companies. Including the trading business that will be examined in this research is UD. Ulin Putra. The purpose of this research is to see how much influence the work environment has on the performance of existing employees at UD. Men s ironwood through multiple linear regression analysis and system analysis using macro ergonomics. The data is generated from the results of a questionnaire which is then processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 20. In both physical and non-physical work environments, it has partial and simultaneous effects on employee performance. Meanwhile, the total effect of work environment on employee performance is 67.6% for the remaining 32.4% is unknown or can be influenced by other variables. In the analysis of the macro ergonomic approach system, there is a lack of balance in the existing work environment so that improvements to the management system require the involvement of employees to take preventive actions in their work environment, technology systems need a little investment on the roof by installing ventilator turbines, and environmental systems need rearrangement of workspaces. Daya saing perusahaan dalam industri manufaktur semakin ketat. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing. Salah satunya yang banyak mempengaruhi yaitu kondisi lingkungan kerja yang akan menimbulkan dampak terhadap kinerja karyawan baik dalam perusahaan skala besar maupun kecil. Termasuk usaha dagang yang akan diteliti pada penelitian ini yaitu UD. Ulin Putra. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat seberapa pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ada pada UD. Ulin putra melalui analisis regresi liniear berganda dan analisis sistem menggunakan ergonomi makro. Data dihasilkan dari hasil kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 20. Pada lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik berpengaruh secarq parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan total pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 67,6% untuk sisanya 32,4% belum diketahui atau dapat dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Pada analisis sistem pendekatan ergonomi makro terdapat kurang seimbangnya lingkungan kerja yang ada sehingga perlu perbaikan pada sistem manajemen diperlukan\xa0keterlibatan karyawan melakukan tindakan preventif pada lingkungan kerjanya, sistem teknologi perlu sedikit investasi pada atap dengan pemasangan turbin ventilator, dan sistem lingkungan perlu penataan ulang ruang kerja.
